Firearms Training — Progressive Weapons Program

The Progressive Weapons Program is a complete pathway for mastering firearms skills across handgun, carbine, and combined platforms. Unlike one-off shooting courses, this program is built as a structured progression: participants begin with safety and fundamental handling before advancing into speed, movement, use of cover, and stress-tested scenarios.

Training is delivered in small groups to ensure close instructor supervision and tailored feedback. Every drill is practical, repeatable, and rooted in operational realities — from malfunction clearance and reloads to decision-making under time pressure. By the final level, participants not only demonstrate technical accuracy but also the ability to perform under stress while integrating life-saving trauma care skills.

This approach ensures that professionals and vetted civilians build real capability, step by step, with each stage documented by certification. The result is not just confidence on the range, but competence in real-world conditions where safety, precision, and calm judgment matter most.
