A honor roll recognition, certificate of achievement and high school diploma lies on table

Certifications & Diplomas

Recognition of Skills. Proof of Standards.

At Apex Protocols, training doesn’t end when the course finishes — every program is measured, documented, and certified. Participants leave not only with new skills but with formal recognition of their achievement. Our certification system is designed to validate competence, encourage progression, and ensure that standards remain current.

Diplomas

  • Program Diploma: When all levels of a progressive program are successfully completed, participants earn a Diploma.

  • The Diploma certifies full mastery of the program concept (e.g., all four levels of Firearms or TRCP).

  • Diplomas are recognized within Apex Protocols as the highest standard of program completion.

Why This Matters

  • In high-risk professions, competence must be proven, not assumed. By linking certification to regular refreshers, Apex ensures that credentials reflect current capability — not just past training. This protects the value of your certification, your professional credibility, and the safety of those who depend on your skills.

Course Certificates

  • Completion Certificate: Awarded after every workshop, confirming active participation and demonstrated competency in the skills taught.

  • Level Certificates: For progressive programs (such as Firearms Training and TRCP), a certificate is issued at the end of each level, documenting specific capabilities achieved.

Validity & Renewal

  • Skills degrade over time without practice. To protect both the participant and the standard of certification:

  • Certificates and Diplomas are valid for 6 months.

  • After 6 months, a refresher module or re-certification assessment is required to maintain validity.

  • This system ensures that every certified individual can be trusted to still perform at the standard expected.
