Service Description
The Hostile Environment Survival Training (HEST) is a two-day, SERE-inspired program built for those who may find themselves operating in unstable, high-risk, or conflict-affected areas. Unlike recreational survival courses, HEST is designed with professional demands in mind, teaching participants how to survive with minimal resources, avoid detection, resist pressure, and escape dangerous situations. Training takes place primarily in the field, where participants are immersed in realistic scenarios that test both physical capability and mental endurance. Through guided instruction and controlled stress exposure, you will develop the confidence to make critical decisions when facing uncertainty, fatigue, or threat. At its core, HEST is about more than just technical survival skills. It is about building the mindset required to adapt under pressure — whether evading capture, withstanding resistance training, or navigating harsh environments. By the end of the course, participants leave with proven strategies to stay alive, maintain control, and return safely from hostile conditions.
